WHAT IS CORE?
Our CORE program focuses on community-based behavioral health care and support for those who live with a mental health or substance abuse disorder and would benefit from home-based treatment that encompasses life skills training services, counseling services and vocational services.
We’re able to have the impact we do because of our team—and we’re seeking compassionate peers and providers who will also benefit from the flexibility and community-based nature of the work.
We’re hiring* now for:
- Peer Support Specialists
Use your lived experiences and professional training to offer emotional support, guidance, and empowerment to individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, or other life difficulties. - Licensed Clinicians
Provide counseling for adults using a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and help individuals manage challenges, improve coping mechanisms, and achieve their overall well-being goals.
- Community Mental Health Providers (non-licensed positions available)
Teach adults to re-build skills to help them gain independence and live a better life.

Depending on cumulative experience between $15 – $17.75 per hour - Community Mental Health Providers
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) – $17 per hour. Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) job involves providing support and services to individuals experiencing mental health conditions or substance use disorders. The goal is to empower them to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals, and live as independently as possible. - Licensed Clinicians
$23 per hour, including Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) CPST involves providing a range of services to individuals with mental health conditions who are transitioning back into the community from inpatient settings or living independently. The focus is on supporting their recovery, promoting independence, and improving their quality of life within the community.
