Services Offered at Our Jamestown Location

We offer a range of services tailored to meet the needs of individuals living with disabilities, chronic conditions, or age-related challenges. Our team works with each client to build a personalized support plan rooted in independence and respect.

Personal Care Aide (PCA) Services

PCA services include direct, hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, transfers, light housekeeping, and other daily tasks that help individuals remain safe at home.

Home and Community Support Services (HCSS)

We offer support for participants of the NHTD or TBI Waiver programs who require supervision, safety monitoring, or guidance throughout the day.

CORE Services

Community-Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) services promote behavioral health and recovery through skill development, peer support, and community engagement.

Service Coordination

Our Service Coordinators serve as advocates and guides, helping individuals in waiver programs access services, manage care plans, and achieve greater independence.

Free PCA Training in Jamestown

Our Jamestown location is also a designated Personal Care Aide training center, offering free PCA certification throughout the year. This program helps individuals start meaningful careers in home care, while supporting our mission of high-quality service delivery.

Training includes:
