Venture Forthe’s Rochester Office & Training Center has been a trusted partner in care for more than two decades. As our second licensed home care office, this location has played a central role in helping individuals across Monroe County and the surrounding Rochester area live independently, safely, and with dignity.

PCA Services

Our trained Personal Care Aides provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation to help individuals stay safe and supported at home.

Home and Community Support Services (HCSS)

We offer specialized services for individuals in the NHTD or TBI Waiver programs who benefit from supervision, safety oversight, and cueing for daily tasks.

CORE Services

Community-Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) services support mental health recovery through skill development, peer engagement, and psychosocial rehabilitation.

Service Coordination

Our Rochester-based Service Coordinators help individuals navigate waiver programs, manage care plans, and access critical services in their community.
