Insurance & Payment Options

If you are eligible for or currently receiving worker’s compensation benefits, Venture Forthe can coordinate with your insurance carrier or claims administrator to confirm authorization for approved home care services.  Our team will work with you throughout the approval process to help ensure a smooth transition to care.

If you have a long-term care insurance policy, Venture Forthe can help you understand the documentation required for your claim and coordinate with your insurance carrier when appropriate.  Coverage, benefit amounts, and reimbursement requirements vary based on the terms of your individual policy.

Venture Forthe offers private pay services for individuals who choose to pay for home care directly.  We’ll work with you to develop a personalized care plan, explain available services, and provide clear information about rates and payment options.

Members enrolled in Nevada Medicaid Fee-for-Service (FFS) may receive authorized home care services covered directly through Nevada Medicaid.  Venture Forthe can help determine eligibility, explain available services, and coordinate the authorization process.

Members enrolled in a Nevada Medicaid Managed Care Organization (MCO) receive services through their health plan.  Venture Forthe partners with select Medicaid Managed Care plans and can help verify coverage, obtain required authorizations, and coordinate approved services.

Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Program help eligible Nevada Medicaid members receive long-term services and supports in their homes and communities instead of institutional settings.  Venture Forthe participates in select HCBS waiver programs, providing personalized, person-centered services that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.
