Our Veteran Care Consultations are designed to help Veterans and their families explore the care and support options available to them. During this process, Venture Forthe Outreach Staff work closely with Veterans and their loved ones to understand their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

The Venture Forthe Nursing Department collaborates with the verteran develop a personalized care plan that promotes independence, enhances quality of life, and honors the service and sacrifices of each Veteran. Our goal is to provide the right level of support, helping Veterans remain safe, comfortable, and confident in their own homes while receiving the care they deserve.

Available On-Call 24/7

Venture Forthe has staff available 24/7 to provide round-the-clock, in-home care for those who need it. A registered nurse is also on-call at all times to offer guidance and support whenever needed. We are here to assist you, no matter what the issue.

Venture Forthe is able to offer assistance in understanding the home care service options available. We help our clients gain access to the benefits and services they’re eligible for, supporting the approval process.

Highly Trained Staff

Our staff members are fully trained in safety and compliance on a regular basis. Each staff member has the skills necessary to ensure that each client is safe and secure in the care that they are receiving.

Personal Care Aides

PCAs (Personal Care Aides) are individuals who come to your home and perform the in-home aspects of a personal care plan. Each Venture Forthe PCA is certified, trained and thoroughly screened. PCAs are overseen by registered nurses, and can assist with:

Laundry & cleaning
Cooking & grocery shopping
Getting around
Dressing, bathing & grooming
Medication prompts
Companionship

Registered Nurses

Each Venture Forthe client receives a consultation with a registered nurse to evaluate medical needs. RNs and PCAs work together to ensure proper care that meets those needs is delivered. There will always be an RN on call 24 hours a day available to consult with you, your loved ones, and their PCA(s).
