Personal Care Aides

PCAs (Personal Care Aides) are individuals who come to your home and perform the in-home aspects of a personal care plan. Each Venture Forthe PCA is certified, trained and thoroughly screened. PCAs are overseen by registered nurses, and can assist with:

Cooking & grocery shopping
Getting around
Dressing, bathing & grooming
Medication prompts
Companionship

Registered Nurses

Each Venture Forthe client receives a consultation with a registered nurse to evaluate medical needs. RNs and PCAs work together to ensure proper care that meets those needs is delivered. There will always be an RN on call 24 hours a day available to consult with you, your loved ones, and their PCA(s).

Eligibility Guidelines

Venture For provides care based on Medicaid eligibility requirements. We also offer care on a private pay basis for those who are not enrolled in Medicaid or have private insurance.
