Venture Forthe provides services funded through Health First Colorado, Colorado’s Medicaid program. Available programs include the Community First choice (CFC) option and several Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers. Each program has specific eligibility and service requirements.

Community First Choice (CFC) is a Health First Colorado State Plan benefit that helps eligible members receive attendant services and supports in their homes and communities. Venture Forthe participates in CFC through agency-based Personal Care and Homemaker Services and In-Home Support Services (IHSS).
Health First Colorado offers several HCBS Waivers designed to help eligible members receive services and supports in their homes and communities.
The EBD Waiver helps eligible Health First Colorado members receive long-term services and supports in their homes and communities rather than in a nursing facility.
The BI Waiver provides home and community-based services for eligible members with a qualifying brain injury who require support to live safely in the community.
The CMHS Waiver supports eligible Health First Colorado members with qualifying mental health needs who require services to support independence and community living.
The CIH Waiver provides home and community-based services for eligible members with qualifying physical disabilities.
The SLS Waiver provides services and supports for eligible adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities to promote independence and community living.
