Venture Forthe provides supportive care services as part of our complete care plan. One of our main goals is to determine what services your loved one needs in order to live safely in the community. Through our personal care consultations we will evaluate, assess, and implement a specific treatment plan. Supportive services are offered in addition to our main home care on an as-needed basis, as a supplement to our specialties of care.
At Venture Forthe, one of our goals is to serve each individual’s needs in a way that makes things as seamless as possible. We coordinate care management services that unite everyone involved in an individual’s care into one plan to support recovery.
Our behavioral health and community-based services are designed to offer the support needed for independent living and meaningful community integration. Venture Forthe provides life skills training and support that empowers our clients to make healthy choices and achieve their goals.
Education and employment services offer our clients the support needed to achieve their vocational goals. Obtaining and sustaining gainful employment is a key achievement for many people trying to overcome serious mental illness. Venture Forthe is here to provide training that keeps those goals within reach.
Counseling services can be an essential part of staying healthy and maintaining overall well-being. At Venture Forthe, we offer several counseling programs that meet the various needs of those who would benefit from specialized counseling. We’re able to provide in-home counseling, eliminating some of the common barriers to receiving care.
The Structured Day Program helps participants get more out of life by providing opportunities to develop and advance daily living and social skills through community, and encourages socialization, creativity, and learning in a safe environment. Attendees are always supervised by qualified professionals from Venture Forthe.
