We offer free in-home consultations and home safety evaluations at program start and routinely thereafter based on client needs. Caregivers and healthcare professionals are regularly supervised, receive continuing education, and are evaluated to ensure high service standards are maintained.

Caregivers have either CNA credentials or complete 40 hours of training.
All caregivers are CPR and First Aid Certified
Yes, you always have a choice in who comes to your home. Under PHCP and Venture Forthe policies, we can employ caregivers of your choosing, including relatives, as long as they meet required standards. However, spouses and relatives who live in the same residence as the client are not eligible for hire.
Venture Forthe uses multiple methods to ensure each client receives services as planned, including electronic documentation, spot checks, time sheets, and phone verification to confirm service delivery.
Venture Forthe staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends. An RN is also on call 24/7. For questions or concerns, please call 1-800-701-1233.
